My name is Ashleigh Allen and, as a personal trainer, my passion is helping people become healthier and stronger physically and emotionally through fitness. In addition to building a healthy body, exercise increases confidence and self-esteem and improves all aspects of life.
I found my love of being active through ballet and gymnastics when I was young. When I moved away from those activities, I needed a new outlet for my energy and became enthralled with all that exercise can offer. So enamoured with fitness and its effects, I wanted to share it with everyone, so I earned my personal training certificate as soon as I could -- at the age of 18.
I have a number of clients of all ages, abilities and levels, and seeing them achieve their goals motivates me. Some clients prefer strenuous high intensity interval training (HIIT), while others are looking for rehabilitative workouts. I have experience helping those just beginning their fitness journey to people who are looking to accomplish a goal like running a marathon or losing weight to those recovering from an injury. I am here to help you accomplish your goals, in fitness, health and life.
