  • In-Person Training

    In-person training is done in 30 minute or 45 minute sessions. Number of workouts per week are up to the individual. Each workout is specified to client goals and prior injury.

    In-person training is only available dependent on client location. Please contact for availability and pricing.

  • Workout Programming

    • Program of 3-5 workouts designed specifically to meet your needs/goals (weights/reps/sets all included)

    • Monthly or bi-weekly progressions

    • Access to exercise video demonstrations

    • Access to chat with me over instant message when you have questions in between our meetings

    ADD ONS:

    • Nutrition advice/counseling

    • 30 min. Zoom meeting to discuss program

    • Habit coaching

  • Live Online Training

    Training over zoom. Workout will be customized to you, your needs, and also what equipment you have available! Price varies depending on length of session (30 or 45 minutes). Contact to find out more.
